I am trying to produce a barcode within the value is a bracket. Is there anyway to print this value in the barcode?????
 
You need to use Code128-B type bar codes.

When I produce a report on a page on the web I use 3 of 9 barcode. When it translates the character "(" it displays a space in the barcode, so does anyone know how to make a barcode of "(" instead of a space.
 
if you use MIcrobe's link and use the code 128-a or code 128-b and type in ( the textfield it gives you a bar code, so its more about the symbology your using for the barcode
 
You are using the wrong type of bar code.

I have tried 128-b and it will not scan, I am not going to be able to use the site above, i need to be able to do it on my site.
 
Code 39 as standard does not have a bracket symbol in it's character set. See:
