Yesterday, while changing extensions of people who moved desks, we had 4 LED red lights come on the Avaya console, and now those extensions can't call out. We've tried copying a line and that hasn't worked, we looked at the restrictions for outgoing calls and that hasn't worked, we tried restoring to back up and that didn't work. Does anyone know what might have caused or how to fix three lines that can't call out of the office? Thank you!
