3 lines won't call out

Yesterday, while changing extensions of people who moved desks, we had 4 LED red lights come on the Avaya console, and now those extensions can't call out. We've tried copying a line and that hasn't worked, we looked at the restrictions for outgoing calls and that hasn't worked, we tried restoring to back up and that didn't work. Does anyone know what might have caused or how to fix three lines that can't call out of the office? Thank you!
 
Sounds like the pooch has been screwed. Try Feature 00 then press the buttons that are red to identify what they are. You have to use an Inspect button if the system is a Magix.
 
What are the chances that your system is in Hotel mode, those lights you are talking about are on the DSS console, and those "room" extensions are set as empty/dirty/restricted?

Try dialing Feature 760 and then pressing one of the lit DSS buttons.
