Hi there

We have just upgraded from 5.5 to 2003, since then we have experienced 3 issues

1) A lower amount of incoming emails, usually each person would get around 100 emails over night, they are now getting between 4 and 15, this is really low as to usual, not sure where they might be going?

2) I created a public folder and gave it an email address for delivery, however it recieves no external emails and no internal emails, I can get internal emails to it if I set the sender to an owner of the folder

3) Unable to create a contact locally on users outlook, get the error message "please use contacts module"

Please help

Thanks

Tim

1. Too little info to speculate. Is there anything stuck in the queues?
2. If you want it to receive Internet email, you need to grant ANONYMOUS the CONTRIBUTOR right. Right click on the PF>Properties>Permissions. If you want internal users to be able to send to it, grant the AUTHENTICATED USERS the same CONTRIBUTOR right (or higher). Did you manually give it an email address, or did it get one when you created the PF?
3. That's a new one on me.
