Hi there this is my first post on this website wondering if you guys can help me out. Any help is much appreciated guys!

I ran a data integrity log and there are 3 errors that appeared 1 from Inventory Control 5.3A and 2 from Purchase Orders 5.3A. They are currently using Pervasive database engine 8.60.192.030. Below are the errors that appeared in the report.

The one below is for IC

Locations Details:
E: Internal Error. create-icintckCreateTmpTable (1722 ICINTCK1.C).

The one below is for PO

Receipts
Receipt Vendor: 471853, ZZDUCA01
E: Header Mismatch. Tax Recoverable Amount 1 Sum (TCRECVAMT1=21.440, Sum of Detail Lines = 5295.290) is incorrect.
Receipt: RCP535
E: Header Mismatch. Tax Recoverable Amount 1 Sum (TCRECVAMT1=5295.290, Sum of Detail Lines=21.440) is incorrect.

If anyone know what the heck this means that would be very helpful. Just to give you a background about my self i am not a programmer of database guy so please keep in mind i probably will not understand you if you are too technical. Thanks so much guys.

For #1, rename the table INTCKTMP.DAT.
For #2, run DIC with "Fix minor errors" checked.

Thanks Jay for your response. I will try renaming the tables afterwards as we have users currently in Accpac.

As for #2 i tried DIC with fix minor errors checked for just PO and IC and it did not work. Any other suggestions?

Thanks Jay and anyone else!

1. You can rename that table anytime you like, it's a temp table that's not supposed to be there. Sometimes it doesn't get deleted.

2. You'll have to get out your favorite database editor and fix PORCPH.TCRECVAMT1 and PORCPV.TCRECVAMT1.

The only two I ever user for Pervasive are the Pervasive Control Center for simple things, or MS Access for complicated things.
