3 frame link help!!(one link open multiple frames)

I am trying to use a page with 3 frames. I have a header(top),content(left),main.

What I would like to do is be able to click a link in the header and open a link both in the content and the main page. I can not figure out how to do both with clicking one link in the header.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
