3 Extentions going straight to VM when calling from a Comcast number

Good Morning,
Can someone explain why only when calling from a Comcast home number, to one of 3 extensions on the Nortel Meridian that it is causing the PBX extention to go straight to VM or sometimes the line will ring once then go to VM, all other calls ring correctly, externally and internally As the CFN is set to 4.

It is just those calls that come in from a comcast number.
 
Can you trace the call coming in to see what is happening? Do you have Contact Center in your system? You could accomplish this by recognizing the CLID but would need AACC to do this.
