Hi all, interesting question - Our client has a S8300 server with G350 in 5 remote sites. Somehow the system is connected to a Meridian switch. For all the ars route patterns, we insert a digit 9 for outdialing.
Now, they need to dial from Avaya to their Meridian 3-digit extension. Since they want to use local trunks, and AAR is not location based, we are trying to use ARS. I add a route pattern without a 9 inserted. When I did that, it gave me a denial event 1012. But when I insert a 9 in the route pattern, it gives me a fast busy but no denial. Is Avaya or Meridian denying the call?
