I have a customer with a 450 and 3 50's. All 4 of these systems can 3 digit dial back and forth. Am I correct in my thinking that if I dial a toll free number that takes me to site A, I should be able to hit an extension at either site B, C, or D and get through? It works when I dial the main site, but one of the smaller sites, not so much. Any thoughts or suggestions?

If you have VPIM or AMIS keycode for CallPilot then yes you can dial other sites thru AA.

On the system at the site that is working correctly, I only have an MCDN and QSIG license, no VPIM or AMIS. I even tried to install the try and buy for the VPIM and AMIS at the site thats not working, and I still get an "you have entered an invalid extension" message.

In the properties for Call Pilot allow network transfers thats in the config/system properties of the CP and if you have the routes built the ext dialed should go thru to the other systems.

When you call into site A, are you being answered first by the AA or are you expecting the call to just pass right through site A to one of your other sites?

Make sure you setup your NETWORK properties in CallPilot. I cant remember but I think you need to build mailboxes for each extension of the other sites as well. Its been a while so that may not be correct.

When I dial into site A, it goes directly to AA. I've set up test lines at the 2 sites that are not working to have lines that go directly to AA, and still do luck.

I figured it out. I forgot to check the "Enable network transfers" box in the config. I knew it would be a small oversight. Thank you for your input!
