3 different problems with CIM 7 SP2.3

Hi guys,

Any help would be greatly appreciated on the following:

When im logged into Insight Manager 7 you have a list of servers which have all the agentys installed on them. On the left hand side you have:
-hardware status
-Management Processor Status
-software version status
-Performance status

I cant seem to get a tick in the management processor box, the software version status and the performance status. On one of the server i cant even get the hardware status tick..

like i said any white papers or advice would be greatly appreciated...
