Hi,
I hope this isn't too bonehead... I'm a newbie to Win2000 AdvSer, one computer is running WIN98SE so a few older apps will work.

My main computer, will see both the Win2000 and Win98SE, however, the other Win2000 machine will not see the Win98 machine across the network.

Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?? They were all hooked together fine in Win98, and they are all in the same workgroup.

Thanks
RUBYGRO

To be seeable in Network Browsing you have to turn on Sharing on the Win9X machine. With out that the win98 mahince does not broadcast any services and therefore does not appear in Network Browsing.

BTW if you don't need to share anything don't worry about it.

hope this helps
