3 COM NBX 100 holiday greetings

We have holiday greetings set up for Memorial Day, 4th of July etc. in our AA - TD Greetings. The problem is when I select a greeting - for example memorial day and I tell it to play on Time of Day and Date Range for a certain exisiting AA it will not play - What am I doing wrong?

after you changed the greeting did you activate it in the AA.....thats the most common mistake made with Auto Attendants.
