3 channels seizing for one call in qsig

Hi Everyone

i have a Qsig line connected from Aastra MXone bc13 to cisco Cube router 2911, as i found when i call to external number through cisco cube from Mxone( mxone>qsig>cisco cube>call manager>external number it showing 2 channels are seizing for the signaling and when call receive then 3 channels are seized.
but incoming from same way external > call manager>cisco cube>qsig>mxone is ok , one channel is occupying.

This is a typical Cisco fault. Contact your router guys to fix it
