Hey
I have 3 branch office tunnels. The main router being a netopia R910 and the other 2 tunnels using Nortel contivity 1010's. I have nortel IP phones in all sites. All the tunnels are up fine. The phones work fine for the most part. The only problem is the 2 remote branches cannot ping or have a voice path between them. They can ping the netopia network fine but not each other. Do i need to make some nat rules maybe. Im not too familiar with the netopia. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You need to add a tunnel between the two branch offices. Assuming the Nortel 1010s are the default routers, you should not need to do anything further.

Another option would be to add static routes to each of the 1010s using the main router as a gateway for the other remote. While this will work, it will eat both upstream and downstream bandwidth for your main site, add latency to the path between the two remotes do to the additional hop(s) and the fact that the main router will need to decrypt and then encrypt all of the traffic, and cause a performance hit for your main router due to the decrypt/encrypt.
