3 Beeps and Nothing

I have an HP NetServer LH3. When I try to boot it up, it beeps once, then beeps 3 times. That is it. No video, no hard drive activity, nothing. Any help?

1 long 3 short is a memory failure. Try pulling out all but one SIMM and see how it goes. Try each in turn (1 at a time) and find the bad one(s).

Thats what we thought to, but we switched ram, no dice. I called HP, and it turned out being a bad connection with the keyboard.

Just thought I would let you guys know, I called HP...It ended up being a keyboard problem. I replaced the keyboard and it worked fine, no beeping.
