Which upgrades should be done on a 3.7 release 2.4f?

This BCM has Lan CTE, Unified Messaging and Pro Call Center with reporting running on it?
-voicemail at 37.00.87.22
-CTE shows 6.7.2.10A4 version.
-LAN CTE Client (Version: 6.7 2.10.B)
-Reporting for Call Center (Version: 2.3.202)

You're talking about when you click on each patch entry it describes what it's fixing? Should you treat them on an as needed basis or are there specific ones you should do no questions asked?

I would take it as when they are needed. In my experience some patches need patches for patches.
