I ran the precheck and here are the failures. Anyone have any suggestions on what i need to do in order to get the prechecker to pass?

Nortel BCM 3.6/3.7 to BCM 4.0 Pre-Check Upgrade Tool Pre-Check version 1.0.6 Pre-Check started 2010/02/19 12:08p
FAIL: Default admin user and/or password failed, used user supplied values instead
FAIL: E: partition must be 2,105,638,912 bytes
FAIL: F: partition must be 2,105,638,912 bytes
FAIL: G: partition must be 2,105,638,912 bytes
FAIL: Disk size check. Disk is 37 GB. Only 20 GB drives are supported by this upgrade
FAIL: Call Detail Recording check. Existing Call Detail Recording storage exceeds 200 megabytes
SKIP: Skipping full HardDrive tests because drive has already been determined to be unsupported size
The system date is configured correctly
Pre-Check has detected a failure so this BCM is NOT OK for upgrade. (Please refer to Readme.txt for more information)

Try changing the ee_admin password back to default PlsChgMe! then retry running the pre-check again.

Did the drive get replaced with a ghost drive and not a Nortel drive . If so then you can't upgrade it with that drive. Also the password needs to be at the default.

i changed the password back to default and here are my failures now.

I didn't replace this drive...

Does not sound like this drive is going to work. Get a good backup & replace this drive with a properly imaged Nortel drive. Re-store & re-input key codes. You should be good to go from there.

Backup the system and then use the 3.7 BIT tool to reimage the drive. Sounds like something has changed the partition sizes. Patch the 3.7 to the same level and then restore your data, then try the pre-upgrade check again.
