Has anyone got a CDR pull working on a 3.7 system with service update 3? I am beginning to think Nortel have broken it with the latest patch.

I have already
1. Set up a CDR user on the BCM
2. Set up an identical account on Windows XP
3. Disabled all firewalls etc
4. CDR Client keeps saying Access denied
