3.7 firmware upgrade

can anyone tell me where i can find the 3.7 firmware upgrade for a nexer ipldk-24 3.0Eb (advice on doing it would help, though i ass/u/me it is a staightforward operation to carry out)

i promise that i have looked through the forum but cant find it

The newest s/w I know about is 3.7 Be, but your 3.0 Be should be OK. I do not have this s/w, but you should contact your local LG-Nortel dealer to get this s/w.
Upgrading is done from the Network Admininstration part of the Nexer (ipLDK-24). Go to System and Upgrade. Browse for the *.tar file and upgrade. Do not change your browser during the upgrade. The upgrade takes 15 min.
