3.6 upgrade to 3.7

Has anyone tried replacing a 3.6 hard drive in a BCM200 with a 3.7 FRU drive instead of upgrading from 3.6 to 3.7?
I am trying to do this but the applications do not want to boot.
I have intialized a universal startup profile.
Set service startup type to auto.
Uploaded MSC core to MSC card.
The BCM detects the MSC card but the LED's continue to flash.

I had done something similar BCM1000 3.0 to 3.6

I had trouble getting the system backup (it was a lab system, so i had time)
i had to load univ profile and msc core more than once

initially my MSC was not even seen in teh command line

senk1s I got it to work.
The program I used to ghost the drive to 3.7 did not work properly.
Ghost 2003 does the job.
