3.6 SMDR

I have been trying to get the SMDR to work on a BCM 3.6 and seem unable to get the client window to show any data? I have also been unable to get either an SMDR dump using Push or Pull. I did seem to get some traffic that seemed relative, but I'm under the impression that the SMDR Client window should be easy to have work showing immediate and current traffic. Blank window even though it shows a connect. Any body dealt with this before or have ideas?

The first thing to do is apply all the patches. If you have done this, try to determine if your CDRUSER is on the same domain. If not, you may want to check if you configured the User properly on BCM.
