We're being asked to relocate a customer's BCM 400 release 3.6 (unpatched) to their new location. The system is currently using analog lines as well as copper DID trunks via a fiber trunk module, call pilot and call accounting. The customer will be using a PRI at the new location so the FTM will not be used. Given the age of the system release as well as the patch status are there any issues we can anticipate when adding/programming the new T-1 card? Should the sysyem be brought up to date on patches?
Thanks and Happy Thanksgiving to all!

Should be no problem with a 3.6 going to a PRI but you should always update with the latest patches.

You'll have no problem with the PRI, but patches couldn't hurt.
