I have a 3.6 System with a Professional ACD Keycode in place. It has been working fine and the silent monitoring has been working fine with a PRI trunk and 32 sets. I have recent complaints that one guy (who they claim plays with the phone) can listen to any phone in the place if he picks up his set at the exact moment another person answers their ringing set even if they're not logged in agents? Any ideas?
