3.6 Cumulative patch 3

I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but on every BCM I have tried to download the 3.6 Cumulative patch 3 has failed to finish the health check. I found that if I go to the command line on my PC
and do a (ping 10.10.10.1 -t) Use your IP address. and then try the download it works every time.

Never had a problem and I've patched a dozen machines so far.

Perhaps your network connection is timing out for some reason? Are you using a VPN or plugging in directly?

Before I patch any machine, I always PuTTY into it and run a chkdsk /f on C,D,E,F drives and then do a restart.

Takes a little bit longer, but it is a little preventative measure that often helps to smooth the process. The added reboot certainly doesn't hurt.
