Upgraded to 3.2 and VM PRO 3.2 and can not see my modules and call flows in the VP Pro client. They are all working perfectly but are not available to change. I see a saved copy of the .vmp file in the VMP directory, but can not import it or view it.

Are you using the client on the Voicemail server or locally on your computer. If you gonna connect remote on to the VM Pro you need to make an account using the VM client on the server.

if you cannot see any programming it is because you have not resored the VMdaya.mdb file

you did Export yourt call flows before upgrading i Hope.
if so import the backup file & all will be well

root.vmp is a text scrip that the VM exicutes & is created when you select save & Make live, this is the actual program the the VM service uses

We did not export. Am I toast???

It was only 2 modules but it would be nice not to have to recreate them.

probably, but you can search the server for any .mdb files and see if you have an older version you may have exported sometime back
