3.2 character-based display size

I have a client running 3.2 character-based. Through an unknown series of keystrokes, they have managed to reduce the application display to 1/4 of the Windows window. The application display is in the upper left corner of the window when maximized; the rest of the window is gray.

I suspect that the [Window Frame] section of sota.ini controls this, but don't know what the argument list is.

Anyone remember the old keyboard method to restore the window size, or can translate the argument list in the .ini file?
