As you know if you dont want to connect the incoming calls immediteatly to the greeting anouncement of VMPRO we are using # at shortcode. So the call ring 1-2 times than the caller hears the anouncements. But when I upgarded teh system to 3.253 and VMPRO to 3.2.28 I couldnt do it.Any idea?

Try deleting and re-entering the shortcode. Deleting and programming from scratch usally fixes a lot of problems in voice mail issues.

KaztarT, try re-reading your question, no where did you mention you had tried anything to fix the issues you were asking about. TheDoz was trying to help and does not deserve to be slammed for it.

TheDoz, I gave you a star for trying to help, and for your spirit of helping out, which is what these boards and forums are all about.

Ok friends you seem right sorry TheDoz .I have some troubles about this problem at my customer so I feel no good. When I saw this answer I became angry.Sorry again and I am giving a star to you for forgiving.

Create a dummy user with VM enabled, route calls to this user.
In VM Pro go to the "leave" section of this user and use a "goto" action towards your shortcode startpoint.
