Is this patch on general release and wht does it fix?

It's GA and EU Tech Bulletin 43 will explain the fixed issues.

can someone give me a link to 3.0(44) I have downloaded what I thought was the newest 3.0 disk but when I went to upgrade it still said 3.0(40) on the upgrade? I have searched avay's website and dont see it I do see Admin3.0DT but that doesnt appear to be it...

It solved some problems for me on a 406V2 - no audio from analog trunk across SCN, and digital station ports going dead...
