3.0(40) MOH Bug

If you are using conferencing center v3 in combination with 3.0(40) you will find the MOH for the conferences is broken.
 
Yes, same problem here. No MOH. Lucky if the participants even leave hold and join the conference. All around, 3.0 conference center is severely broken.
