2nd Trunk card on Fiber Expansion Module 1

I have an old MICS R1T1, 2 TC's, a six port fiber expansion card and 1 trunk card in my Fiber Expansion Module currently being seen as TM 8.

I am planning to add another TC for another additional 4 lines. On my first card, I have the lines numbered at 49,50,51,52. For the 2nd and 3rd TC's, what would the numbers be for these? I know it jumps from 4 to 25 then 28 to 49. The numbers in the middle are reserved for T1? What other line numbers are reserved for what purposes? Is there a FAQ for this?
