Hi,
We have deployed an .ova of the Application Server onto VMware. This was automatically installed with one NIC, however the Network settings show eth0 and eth1. I need to configure 2x NICs(see below), so added another NIC to the VM and rebooted the Application Server. So figuring that eth0 and eth1 are my 2 physical NICs. I can assign IP addresses with them fine, and this all works, but if I change the DNS/Gateway settings on say eth0, it automatically replaces the DNS and gateway on eth1. Surely this should now happen?
Background:
We have the Internet/SIP on LAN2 of our Physical IPO, and internal side on LAN1. I will need to access OneX internally and externally, hence the need for 2x NICs on the Application server. One on LAN2 network(Internet/SIP side) and one on the internal network(LAN1).
Any advice will be gratefully received
Thanks
Nick
