2nd Network Card in PE 6300

Hi,

I'm just wondering if anyone can give me advice on getting a second nic to work in a PowerEdge 6300?

I just got it but theres an orange light on the back blinking and windows doesn't see it and i tried resource config as i've read about lock/unlocking slots but it seems on all pci boards it's not needed so i'm a bit puzzled.

Any help appreciated,
