Hi All,

Can you help me with the following question, please?
I have a 2 LIM system, BC9, connected with gjul4, without gs.
In the 2nd lim no lpu5. I experienced when 2nd lim went down because of power problems, the 1st lim restarted. Why is it?

My second question is, how long can the 2nd lim work without the connection to lim1?

Thanks!

It seems taht you only have one LIM "the 2nd lim no lpu5".
Each LIM takes one LPU5!
So it must be some magasines that are placed on different addresses...

Sorry, i was wrong, it has lpu5. But no hdu in the 2nd lim.

OK. That makes sense.

So, you have two LIM interconnected by a GJUL-to-GJUL connection.
The HDD (HDU) is installed in LIM=1.
LIM 1 is restarted, when LIM=2 comes back into operation?
LIM=1 and LIM=2 should be able to work a standalone LIM's, when one of the LIM's are out of order.

Thanks doki!
I experienced that lim2 was out, because of power failure.
ANd lim1 was reloding in the meantime, don't know exactly in which period.
