2nd incoming call ringer for SUPERCONSOLE 1000

I'm having problems setting the second incoming call ringer on the Superconsole 1000.The manual says to:
1. Press cancel while holding down the function key.
2. Press the F4 softkey to turn new call ring on/off.
3. Press F2 softkey to save the change and exit the menu.

This does not work.Is there another way?
