2nd hd. e:is not accessible. The wrong diskette is in the drive.

running xp ser pack2, i installed 2 hard drive. it was working fine. Then it dissapear in "my computer" I manage to find it in device manager. its back in "my computer" If i trie to acces drive e i receive error message:" E:\is not accessible. The wrong diskette is in the drive. Insert (Volume Serial Number into drive E:\" I really need to retrieve the data on the drive. Can any one help me, please!
