2ND DSS NOT WORKING ON MLX-20L

This site looks very helpful, I was hoping someone knew what would cause the 2nd DSS to not work on an MLX-20L which is programmed as an operator extension. The first DSS works fine, their is also a second operator extension set up the same way and the 2nd DSS is not working either, they both have 1151B1 power supplies installed just a few feet away from the phone between the MLX-20L and the sytem. By the way the processor is a Legend R7 V10.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Be sure you are using 8-conductor straight-through cords into and out of the power supplies. Also check programming for the DSS Page buttons.

Thanks for the reply, actually I found out that it needs to be programmed to start with the right extension range. I just assumed that would be automatic.

Swap the DSS units, power supplies, and cords till you find the culprit. It's simply a connectivity / power problem, or a bad DSS.
