I have a BCM 400 3.6 with PRI. On my T7316 phones I can receive multiple inbound DID calls. On my i2004 phones I can only receive 1 inbound DID call. The next DID caller is given a recorded message from the telco: 'The susbcriber is not available'.

Do I need to add more line appearances of the target line?

Either more appearances, or make sure that the prime set for the target line is set for the DN that the target line is assigned to.

Subscriber is not available sounds like a voicemail message, not a telco message.

subscirber is not available" is said in a deep male voice. not the typical call pilot voice prompt.

With ISDN/ss7 circuits, intercept recordings are provided at the originating CO, not the terminating, so the 'subscriber not available' is probably coming from the caller's central office or carrier, not from the bcm/cp.

jsaad you would normally assign multiple line or ringing appearances of the target line to a set. Press show in line assignment for the ringing line and you will see number of appearances. Default is 1. The D channel messaging of the BCM will tell the carrier the line is busy if you run out of appearances at the set.
