I need the analog ports on this system to grab the PRI without dialing 9.I have tried hotline to external, feature 78, use routing table. I get dead airI tried with 9, without 9, with pause, no pause, ect. always dead air???I have a customer w/ 5.1 XC and it works. Another place w/ 5.1 DR and it doesn't work?Could it be something w/ the way the route is set-up?

sorry for the delay on posting the solution.Made a new route w/ destination code 88. set hotline to external and 88 works great. I'm not sure why it would'nt work with just "9", but works great with another route built and destination "88". I have since used this @ multiple sites w/ variouse versions of software, works evrytime!!!
Has anyone made this work, I cannot with MICS 7.1 make my analog ports return 2nd dial tone WHEN programming hotline....Customer wants to pick up analog port and dial external number,,,No code.
Help, thx
