2nd dial tone BCM50 1.0

Is there no 2nd Dial Tone option for a PRI for a BCM50 version 1.0? I find this pretty strange unless I am looking in the wrong area on the BEM.

Business Element Manager: Configuration > Telephony > Dialing Plan > Routing > Second Dial Tone
Telset interface: **CONFIG > Services > Routing Service > 2nd Dial Tone
