Partner acs with t-1 module via voip has 6 line apperances,

wants to bring in 800 line to did on voip t-1 and answer as differant identity.

we currently munipulate there DID'S to match ext numbers

what is your question??? If it about the 800 number... 800 numbers have a ring to number, that means that you can use one of you DIDs to route that 800 number. 800 numbers dont route by alone, they need a ring to.

I understand that i need to point the 1-800 to a number or a DID, my question would be can i make that line or DID appear on my phone on it's own button so i can answer it accordingly.

if it was setup as a key system, you could just use line appearances and assign that line to whoever you want.
