I have a scenario on a BCM450 R1 where I have a 3rd party group with their own dedicated PSTN lines that they can only use. The other group also have their own existing PSTN lines. Apart from using a different access code to access each groups dedicated PSTN lines are there alternate methods. I was hoping for both groups to use the same access code and be transparent to each user. Will routing service do this task?

I am afraid not as BCM does not have true tenant partioning.

Yes you could do it. Wouldn't be easy though. You would need to set up night routing service. Have both pools as the 1st and 2nd route respectively, then just give the extensions access to their own pools. I wouldn't recommend it though. Just use 9 and 8.

Just use pool buttons on the sets to give each group access to their own line pool. That way they just press the button and don't even need to dial a code.
