Greetings All-I've a customer site which is bank, and all of the loan agents have a CO line assigned to their phones as their direct dial number as they don't use DID's at this location. The issue: when they get a second call to the CO line, it rings busy and doesn't go to VM. What do I need to change to make the second call roll to VM? Thanks In Advance.
