2nd call goes to Gen Del if 1st call is waiting for AA 1

CICS 6.1 CPO 100 2.0

2nd call doesn't get AA...GD instead.

If the 1st call is in AA it seems to work fine with the 2nd call going to AA

Call Forward Busy should be set to none on any phone that has lines ringing, if a phone does not not have a mailbox it will default to GD.
Why a good reason to always do a startup in PBX mode.

Also check the number of rings before answer in the AA, and whether lines are set to answer (Y) in AA.
