2nd Call Caller ID

Does anyone have and suggestions as to why our BCM50 wont display the caller ID of the 2nd incoming caller?

I have two intercom keys programmed and while on one call all I see is the line number the 2nd call is coming in on rather then the caller id. Our old MICS use to do this no problem.

Is there a setting that I need to change? Caller ID is set on all lines.

Known bug, has not been fixed yet. And there are no plans to fix it

Program a button to be F811 and use it to see the CLID of the 2nd call. Anyone know if this has been resolved in BCM 4.0 for the 200/400?

Thats a possibility, right. It has not been resolved in BCM4.0
