2nd ACD Call Overtaking 1st ACD Call

Morning All;

More wierd stuff from CM 6.0...So we have an issue with ACD calls. An Agent will be on a call and halfway thru that call another ACD calls gets presented to the agent which disconnects the 1st ACD call. Any ideas?
