2k laptop on lan... want to use as gateway for 98 box

I'm on a corporate LAN. I have both computers connected to a hub. I'd like to be able to use the 2k laptop as a gateway for the 98 box.

Which is the easiest way to accomplish this? Preferrably without having to install third party software on the 2k laptop...
