2K Deleted file restore

In Netware, you have the ability to restore deleted files off the server itself. Is this feature part of Win2k, or do I just have to go back to tape.

What is the likelyhood that the file would be recoverable after two weeks

not very likely. i 2 weeks that area of the drive has probably been writen over or if you have defraged, you only hope is if you dont have much data Doomhamur
