We have 2 DC (windows server 2003 standard SP2 X64 and windows server 2008 SP2 x64)
1Dc is installed on exchange server (i know that's not recommanded)
We have the following problem.
We have 3 Administrators. 2Administrators can't make mailcontacts or mailboxes but one can.
All administrators are added to the same groups but there must be something we oversee with that specific administrator.
When we try to make the mailbox we get this error code
Error:
Active Directory operation failed on xxxxxxx. This error could have been caused by user input or by the Active Directory server being unavailable. Please retry at a later time. Additional information: Additional information: The global catalog verification failed. The global catalog is not available or does not support the operation. Some part of the directory is currently not available.
Active directory response: 000020E1: SvcErr: DSID-032005F2, problem 5002 (UNAVAILABLE), data 0

The server is unavailable.
Exchange Management Shell command attempted:
Enable-Mailbox -Identity xxxxxx/SD/test' -Alias 'test' -Database 'xxx\First Storage Group\Mailbox Database'
Elapsed Time: 00:00:00"
Maybe update changed everything or permissions are not properly configured by my former collegue.
