2950 going crazy duplicate IP

Help I have cluster set for a mix of 2950's, 2924's and 3500's. Two 2950's keep showing duplicate address errors. I changed the ip on them both but they keep somehow setting back to the same one. Help?

what ip are they setting back to? neither of them is set to dhcp are they?
