2948g resets itself

Keep a console connection to the switch and see what errors it is giving when it reboots. I had a 3548 that did this and it was a hardware problem. I tried upgrading the IOS but that didn't do any better. The errors it is displaying before rebooting will inform you what part is having a problem.
