2924 Lights

I have a C2924-XL that has 23 good (green LED) ports and one bad (orange LED) port. The system light is also solid orange. Will one bad port on a switch cause the system light to also be orange, or is this a sign of other issues? I have connectivity on all the other 23 ports.

What mode are the lights in ? If you look at the front on the left there is a mode button that you press to indicate different things . Toggle it and you will see things change so we really need to know what mode it is in.
